Moroccan rapper Taha Fahsi, better known as ElGrande Toto, has vowed to resort to the judiciary if he is filmed publicly without his knowledge.
Toto said, in a video clip, that he would press charges against individuals who photograph him without his consent.
Toto has been at the center of controversy since late September, following his statements on drugs during a press conference.
Although he apologized and expressed his wish to see an amicable end to the dispute, the judicial investigation prompted the public prosecution to raise additional charges against the rapper.
Toto faces charges of insult, slander, defamation, threats, public breach of modesty, drug consumption, and incitement to do so, carrying out indecent acts, indecent speech, documenting and publishing these acts through communication platforms.
