Lebanon’s artist Marcel Khalife is hospitalized in Rabat, following a discomfort he contracted.
On his Facebook page, the Lebanese singer thanked all the medical staff of the Moroccan capital’s hospital.
“I was feeling unwell, and I was hospitalized in Rabat. Believing that I was only going to receive the appropriate care for my discomfort, I was surprised by the beautiful reception I was given,” Khalife wrote on the Facebook post.
“The staff took care of me and paid tribute to me in the most beautiful way. I was surrounded by good emotions. During this experience, I realized that I have accomplished my mission well,” he added.
“To all the doctors, nurses, friends, and all those who looked after me, please accept my sincere gratitude,” he concluded in his Facebook post.
The 72-year-old artist and compositor was most known for his singles Oummi (Mother), and Mounadiloun (Strugglers).
