The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) launched on Friday its digital library for the benefit of Moroccans living outside the country.
This move comes on the occasion of the 27th edition of the International Publishing and Book Fair in Rabat.
CCME explained that the digital library includes publications of the council, encyclopedias of Moroccan culture and personality, and a library on the common human.
The digital library can be accessed via CCMEBOOKS, an easy-to-access application that offers broader options for searching within the first Moroccan-made digital library.
CCME is a national consultative and forward-looking institution created by a Dahir in December 2007 under King Mohammed VI, aiming to monitor and evaluate the Kingdom’s public policies towards its nationals abroad.
It also works on ensuring the defense of the interests of Moroccans abroad living inside and outside the country in order to strengthen their economic, social and human development contribution as well as consolidate their relation between their hometown and the country of residence.
