The Casablanca municipality announced that it has developed an online application to receive complaints and suggestions from local citizens.
The digital application will launch on June 15, with free access for users.
The Casablanca digital application is based on digitizing the process of receiving complaints and facilitating citizens’ access to the complaints department.
The application will also enable users to place complaints and suggestions remotely, within a fixed deadline to get their feedback.
Previously, the Moroccan government launched Chikaya platform for the same purpose.
