A new tourism strategy released by the head of Government will focus on mass promotion of Morocco as a destination while increasing the number of lines connecting tourists to the country.

The government seeks to multiply the number of tourists in 2023 to match the levels of 2019, considered a positive year in terms of the influx of tourists.

To do so, the government is set to conduct extensive promotional campaigns and establish partnerships with global tour operators and digital platforms.

Among the envisioned plans, the government is eyeing promoting tourism investments, especially in small and medium enterprises and in the field of entertainment and animation.
