National Education Ministry denies Morocco switching to English as second language
Monday 11 April 2022 - 17:42

The national education Ministry denied rumors that English will be used as an official second language in Moroccan primary schools this Monday, through Twitter.

The Ministry stated that this is fake news, pointing out that it publishes press releases only on its official website and social media pages.

So far, education in Morocco still adopts the french Bachelor, master’s degree, and Ph.D. (LMD) system, with French as the second language.
