Morocco’s Tangier Med port will become fully digitized starting on February 15, with the aim to reach a “zero paper” objective.
Services are increasingly becoming dematerialized over the last three years. With digital services now offered by this Mediterranean giant, the community and port users can engage with the company on their terms.
Years ago, the company launched a process that integrates all their freight and logistics services, including port transit, remote invoicing, import and export formalities.
Thus, beginning on February 15, operators will be able to access the port’s online platform via smartphone, tablet, or computer, from where they can complete the necessary formalities and provide all the necessary electronic documents.
Paying for services can be done online as well as obtaining billing information, leading to zero paper concept.
