With its newest Top Employer certification, Huawei Morocco once again demonstrates its long-term commitment to provide the best possible solutions to create a privileged working and living environment for its employees.

According to the Top Employers Institute, companies are certified on the basis of their participation in and results from the “HR Best Practices Survey.”

There are six major HR areas covered in this survey, which are divided into 20 themes, including talent management strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and skills development, well-being, and inclusion.

A Top Employers certified organization provides innovative HR practices that prioritize people over processes in an effort to provide their employees with the best possible working environment.

Providing a quality work environment to all employees is an important goal of the company and this certification demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement.

We are proud and happy of this consecration and high distinction,” said Cui Peng, General Manager of Huawei Morocco.

For his part, David Plink, CEO of Top Employers Institute said: “In taking stock of this very special year which, like the previous one, had an impact on organizations around the world, Huawei Morocco continued to show that she considered maintaining excellent HR practices in the workplace a priority.
