The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) has launched a new online service called “Taawidaty,” which allows for the application of family allowances and declaration of children’s schooling.
This new service is part of the simplification of CNSS procedures and the continuous improvement of the quality of its services in the digital world.
This new CNSS service aims to allow policyholders to apply for family allowances and declare the education of their children through the portal www.macnss.ma, indicates CNSS in a press release.
Individuals who are eligible for family allowances can submit their applications and the necessary documents through this portal without having to go to the CNSS agencies, added the press release.
The Fund offers a user manual and a tutorial video that are available on the website www.cnss.ma, as well as on CNSS’s official social media pages. These videos show the steps that users can follow to use this new online service.
Previously, the CNSS adopted law 55.19 related to the simplification of procedures and administrative formalities, including the exemption of the authentication of the signature, as well as the presentation of certified copies and certificates of life and residence, according to MAP.
