King Mohammed VI appoints new ambassadors

King Mohammed VI received on Tuesday at the Rabat Royal Palace, the new ambassadors in the Kingdom’s diplomatic missions to whom He handed their appointment dahirs.

The newly appointed ambassadors are:

-Mohamed Benchaaboun, ambassador to the French Republic.

– Karim Medrek, ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden and the Republic of Latvia.

– Hassan Naciri, ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, the Republic of Gambia, the Republic of Guinea Bissau and the Republic of Cape Verde.

– Driss Isbayene, ambassador to the Republic of Mali.

– Zakaria El Goumiri, ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania and the Union of Comoros.

– Mohamed El Basri, ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Holland).

– Mohamed Sbihi, ambassador to the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and the Republic of Cyprus.

– Abderrazzak Laassel, ambassador to the Republic of Kenya and the Republic of South Sudan.

– Bouchra Boudchich, ambassador to the Republic of Panama.

– Wissane Zailachi, ambassador to the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Tuvalu, the Republic of Kiribati and Papua New Guinea.

– Ali Benaissa, ambassador to the State of Kuwait.

– Abderrahim Rahali, ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand.

-Hicham Dehane, ambassador to the Dominican Republic and the Republic of Haiti.

– Abderrahim Mouziane, ambassador to the State of Palestine.

– Issam Taib, ambassador to the Republic of Guinea and the Republic of Sierra Leone.

-Hicham Elaloui, ambassador to the Republic of Cuba.

-Hakim Hajoui, ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

– Nabila Freidji, ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Iceland.

– Mohamed Rachid Maaninou, ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Afterwards, the new ambassadors were sworn in before His Majesty the King.

The audience took place in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, and the Chamberlain of the King, Sidi Mohamed El Alaoui.
