Profits at companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange rose 12.9% in the first half of 2026 to MAD 29.6 billion, according to BMCE Capital Global Research.
The research firm said combined revenue at 72 listed companies that had published first-half results reached MAD 189.6 billion, up 10.3% from a year earlier.
Industrial companies led the increase, with revenue rising 13.2% to MAD 124.8 billion.
Insurers also recorded strong growth, with net earned premiums climbing 21.4% to MAD 13.7 billion.
Net banking income rose just 1.6% to MAD 51.2 billion, with the research firm attributing the slower pace partly to weaker market-related earnings.
The figures point to stronger first-half performance across much of the listed corporate sector, with industrial and insurance companies outpacing banks.
