Morocco held its second training session in Boston on Tuesday, two days before facing France in the World Cup quarterfinals.
The session, Morocco’s penultimate workout before Thursday’s match, was open to the media for the first 15 minutes and included the full squad except Ismael Saibari, who continued individual work away from the group.
Saibari is following a tailored recovery programme under the supervision of Morocco’s medical and technical staff, as the team monitors whether he can be available for the France match.
Defender Chadi Riad was also absent during the media-open section of training, but joined the group after reporters left the session.
Sources told Hesport that both Saibari and Riad remain under observation, with a final decision on their participation expected to depend on how their physical condition develops in the coming hours.
The training session took place in cold conditions with light rain, though weather forecasts point to sunnier conditions for the match.
Morocco face France on Thursday at 9 p.m. Morocco time in the quarterfinals of the 2026 World Cup, as the Atlas Lions continue their attempt to extend their historic run.
