Saudi Arabia condemned today “an Iranian assault and a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan,” saying it stands in full solidarity with the affected states and is ready to support any measures they take, according to a foreign ministry statement.

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry also denounced Iranian ballistic missiles targeting Qatari territory as a “grave breach of sovereignty and a direct threat to national security,” saying Doha reserves the right to respond in line with international law and in proportion to the attack.

Qatar said it has consistently called for dialogue with Iran and urged an immediate halt to escalation and a return to talks, while warning that renewed strikes undermine the basis of bilateral understandings.

Doha also condemned violations against Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan and Bahrain and reiterated support for steps to protect their security and stability across region.
