King Mohammed VI has appointed 24 judicial clerks as second-grade judges in the country’s financial courts, the Supreme Court of Audits announced in a statement.
The appointments were made following a proposal from the Judicial Council of the Financial Courts during its meeting on Dec. 9, 2025, the statement said.
During the same meeting, 155 judges in the financial courts were promoted to the newly created “excellent” grade, in line with royal directives. The Supreme Court of Audits said the move reflects the monarch’s continued support and attention to the financial court system.
The financial courts, which oversee public finances and audit government spending, are a key component of Morocco’s judicial oversight and governance framework.
