German low-cost airline Eurowings will triple its direct flights to Morocco during the 2025/2026 winter season, adding new routes that link Marrakech for the first time with Hannover and Stuttgart in Germany, Salzburg in Austria and Prague in the Czech Republic. Each route will operate with two weekly flights.
The carrier will also increase its Düsseldorf–Marrakech service from two to three weekly flights, while Fez will continue to receive two flights a week from Cologne/Bonn. These new connections complement existing services from Düsseldorf and Stuttgart to Agadir.
Michael Handel, Vice President for Network Management and Airport Relations at Eurowings, said the new winter schedule connects six European cities with Morocco, expanding access to “sunny, vibrant destinations” reachable in four hours.
The Moroccan National Tourist Office welcomed the expansion, with regional director Mehdi Ben Rhanem saying it highlights Morocco’s growing popularity as a destination for German travelers.
