Emirati Al Ain defeated Wydad Casablanca 2–1 on Thursday in the final Group G match of the Club World Cup, held at Audi Field in Washington, D.C.
Both teams had already been eliminated from the tournament prior to kick-off, with Manchester City and Juventus having secured advancement from the group.
With the loss, Wydad finishes last in the group and exits the competition without a single win.
