Morocco’s economy is expected to accelerate to 4.6% growth in 2025 and stabilize at 4.4% in 2026, according to updated forecasts from Bank Al-Maghrib.
Agricultural value added is set to rise by 5% next year, based on a projected cereal harvest of 44 million quintals, and by 3.2% in 2026 with a return to average yields.
Non-agricultural sectors are forecast to grow by 4.5% in both years, driven mainly by strong infrastructure investment. BAM also noted that 2024 growth reached 3.8%, outperforming earlier quarterly projections, per national accounts data from the High Planning Commission.
