Heavy thunderstorms accompanied by local hail and gusty winds are expected on Tuesday in several Moroccan provinces, according to the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).
Heavy thunderstorms (15 to 35 mm of rainfall) are forecast on Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the provinces of El Hajeb, Ifrane, Boulemane, Khemisset, Azilal, Al Haouz, Ouarzazate and Taroudant, the DGM stated in an orange-level weather alert.
