Morocco’s Treasury and External Finance Directorate (DTFE) placed MAD 3 billion ($300 million) in surplus cash via a one-day reverse repurchase agreement on Wednesday, according to a press release from the finance ministry.
The funds were invested at a weighted average rate of 1.83% under the short-term liquidity management operation, part of the Treasury’s routine efforts to optimize cash flow.
