Maroc Telecom has announced a strategic partnership with global tech giant Zoho to provide advanced digital solutions to businesses across Morocco.

This alliance aims to accelerate the country’s digital transformation by making Zoho’s comprehensive suite of business applications readily accessible via Maroc Telecom.

Under this agreement, Moroccan companies will gain access to key Zoho products such as Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho Creator.

These tools are designed to streamline core operations—from secure financial management and enhanced customer relationship capabilities to collaborative workspaces and low-code app development.

The partnership also introduces an integrated service model, allowing businesses to consolidate telecom and digital service expenses into a single monthly bill, eliminating the need to juggle multiple vendors. The initiative will be supported by BSP, a local IT integrator that will handle deployment, staff training, and solution integration.

Significantly, the collaboration is set to extend beyond Morocco. Zoho solutions will be gradually rolled out to the 10 sub-Saharan subsidiaries of the Maroc Telecom Group, enabling regional businesses to leverage localized support and digital tools tailored to Africa’s evolving markets.

Through this partnership, Maroc Telecom and Zoho aim to foster digital inclusion, enhance customer engagement, and empower companies across the continent to achieve sustainable growth using smart, secure, and scalable technology.
