TUI Group has unveiled its 500th hotel project, the TUI Magic Life Agadir, in partnership with the Tikida Group.
Construction will begin in spring 2025, with an opening scheduled for summer 2027.
This project aims to strengthen Agadir’s tourism offerings, a market that has been recovering post-pandemic.
The announcement was made at the International Tourism Trade Fair in Berlin (ITB). TUI Magic Life Agadir will replace the former Club Med in the CDG village, which was handed over to the Tikida Group. The new hotel will feature 427 rooms and be a five-star establishment, marking TUI Magic Life’s first venture in Morocco.
TUI also plans to expand its hotel portfolio from 433 to 600 properties in the medium term. This new development comes as Germany’s air capacity to Morocco continues to rise, boosting tourist arrivals, particularly from German visitors.
