Travel revenues reach 8.78 billion dirhams in January

Travel revenues reached 8.78 billion dirhams (MMDH) at the end of January 2025, according to a note by the Foreign Exchange Office on monthly indicators of foreign trade.

These revenues achieved a growth of 10.1%, or +808 million dirhams, compared to the same period a year earlier.

Travel expenses amounted to 2.55 billion dirhams, an increase of 23.8%.

Travel balance exceeded 6.23 billion dirhams in January 2025, an improvement of 5.4% compared to a year earlier.
