The Confederation of African Football nominated six stadiums to host matches for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place in Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.

According to CAF’s website, the Moroccan Royal Football Federation has not finalized the tournament stadiums yet, noting that six stadiums are being considered, with Casablanca’s Mohammed V Stadium, host of the 1988 Africa Cup of Nations final, topping the list.

The other five proposed venues are Rabat’s Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, the Marrakech and Fez stadiums, in addition to Tangier’s Ibn Batouta Stadium, and Agadir’s Adrar Stadium, both of which are undergoing expansions to increase their seating capacity in preparation for the AFCON.
