The Egyptian Pro-League has referred 13 players, officials, and administrators from Al Ahly and Pyramids to the Egyptian Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee following incidents in their Monday league match.
Among the sanctions, Moroccan international Mohamed Chibi received a three-match ban and an EGP50,000 fine for violent conduct and attempting to assault an opponent post-red card.
Al Ahly was also fined EGP50,000 for fan misconduct and 75 supporters were banned for two matches.
