A 75-year-old blind man in the village of Akridis, near Taroudant, Morocco, tragically shot and killed a 21-year-old intruder during a home invasion.
According to local reports, the young man, who had a history of criminal activity, broke into the blind man’s home with the intention of robbery. The homeowner, a former welder, had previously crafted a traditional firearm for self-defense and used it to protect himself during the intrusion.
