A magnitude 4 earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded in the Rif region on Friday evening, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The earthquake, felt by most residents in Al-Houceima, Nador, and Driouche within the Rif region, occurred at 8:17 pm local time.
