AS FAR player and captain Ghizlane Chebbak of the Moroccan women’s team, has signed for Spain’s FC Levante Las Planas, who play in the first division of the Spanish women’s football league (Liga F).
“We have strengthened our midfield with the arrival of Ghizlane Chebbak, captain of the Moroccan national team, from AS FAR in Rabat”, the Spanish club announced in a press release on Friday.
Born in Casablanca, Ghizlane (33) started out playing for Casablanca clubs such as Rachad Bernoussi and Difaâ Ain Sebaâ.
She had some professional experience with Egyptian club Al Maqassa before returning to Morocco and joining AS FAR.
Ghizlane played for the Moroccan national team at the last AFCON in Morocco and at the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
