An iPhone has been discovered intact on the side of the road after being sucked out of an Alaska Airlines plane that experienced a door plug failure mid-flight. The incident occurred on Friday evening during Alaska Airlines flight ASA1282.
Washington resident Sean Bates, who stumbled upon the remarkable find, shared on Twitter that the iPhone was “still in airplane mode with half a battery and open to a baggage claim.” Surprisingly, the phone, which also had a piece of a charger still attached, appeared to have survived the 5,000-metre drop unscathed.
