Second round of scholarships disbursed for Tayssir program 2022-2023
Monday 17 July 2023 - 17:11

The Ministry of National Education announced that the payment process for the second instalment of scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year under the Tayssir program will begin on July 18 for beneficiaries receiving scholarships via mandate and will continue until July 31, 2023.

In a press release, The Ministry said that it has taken measures to facilitate access to forthcoming scholarships for students benefiting from the Tayssir program.

Parents and guardians of these students, who currently lack a bank or payment account, have been urged to open one at any nationally approved payment institution while collecting the mandate.

The ministry’s directive aims to ensure smoother scholarship disbursement.

This move is aligned with the terms of the agreement signed between the Ministry of National Education, Pre-Schooling, and Sports, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the National Retirement and Insurance Fund.

The agreement focuses on the efficient management of the Tayssir program’s funds, which aim to support students in their education.
