The Executive Office of the Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists held meeting on Friday, in Rabat, to discuss media affairs and internal organizational issues.
Sami Moudani, President of the Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists, announced in the meeting, the implementation of all decisions issued by the last session of the Administrative Council, held on July 16, 2022.
According to Moudani , the decisions include structuring the Journalists Training Center, the Moroccan Center for Studies in Media Issues, and the Arbitration and Ethics Committee.
the Executive Office decided to structure regional coordinators, as an organizational dynamic for next actions.
The executive office appointed Ms. Hafsa Khalil as Program Director of the Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists, and Ms. Nada Talbi, Coordinator of the Training and Capacity Building Program and in charge of Digital Communication.
Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists is currently occupying in the media and human rights scene and collaborating with a large number of international and national partners.
The partnerships that the Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists has succeeded in establishing since its inception to date, consolidate its credibility, whether in relation to international partners or with state institutions.
The executive Office of the Moroccan Forum for Young Journalists affirmed through this meeting a number of issues regarding self-regulation of the profession and the status of press and media freedom.
