Morocco recorded 842 Covid-19 cases on Friday, raising the total of cases since the beginning of the outbreak to 1,256,523.
The kingdom has also reported 5 Covid-19 related deaths in the past 24 hours.
As of Friday, the ministry of health reported a total of 16,209 people who died from Covid-19.
Morocco continues to bid on its national vaccination campaign, in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
According to the ministry’s latest tally, 24,869,892 people received their first Covid-19 vaccine shot, while 23,358,534 were fully inoculated.
Morocco has also administered a total of 6,625,513 3rd booster shots, as of Friday, and 18,913 4th booster jabs.
