Vice-President of El Salvador Acknowledges Morocco for Technical Cooperation in Territorial Development Project.
Felix Ulloa Jr, Vice-President of San Salvador, has welcomed the technical cooperation of the two countries, San Salvador and Morocco. The latter allowed the implementation procedures of a territorial development project in the far north region of Trifinio, El Salvador.
“We would like to thank our friends and partners of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco for the development cooperation in our region of Trifinio,” said the Vice President of El Salvador, who highlighted the efforts and cooperation of Morocco’s assistance in this area.
The inauguration of the project “Integral Management of Territorial Development” took place 100 km north of San Salvador, in the Trifinio region, in presence of Brahim Baddi, project manager of the Moroccan embassy.
The project of comprehensive management of territorial development of the Trifinio region in El Salvador aims to rejuvenate this region economically and socially. By the development of a center dedicated to innovation and technology transfer -INNOVATEC- that in return benefits the fourth industrial revolution and the era of digitalization.
The project’s first phase includes the construction of 100 premises for apprentices, the establishment of 10 community gardens, and the construction of a poultry farm with an egg incubator.
