Self-employed entrepreneur Mohamed Ali Lyamani launched Moroccanview platform that gathers all monuments and museums, aiming to promote its cultural and historical heritage through 360 virtual reality technology.

Moroccanview’s founder Lyamani told Hespress EN the platform makes it possible to discover the architectural splendor and cultural richness of the Kingdom in 360° dimensions, without the need to physically move.

“This technology allows users to visit virtually museums or monuments of their choice in an immersive way while discovering important information content,” he added.

Moroccanview’s founder further stated that the platform is easy to use, and the visitor can choose in a drop-down menu, the city or the type of monument or museum that they would like to see in 360°.

The country has been negatively impacted by the circumstances related to COVID-19, mainly in tourism, which pushed the platform’s founder to think of creative ways to promote Morocco.

Moroccanview under the slogan “a new way to visit Morocco,” gathers 11 Moroccan cities, including Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Rabat, and Casablanca.
