The national team is expected to play a friendly game with the US on June 1, in preparation for the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup, announced US Soccer on its Facebook page.
The 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup is scheduled for the period between November 21 and December 18.
US Soccer stated that its team will face off the 24th-ranked Morocco, taking place at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio.
“Morocco will be the first African team to face the US since head coach Gregg Berhalter has been in charge,” US Soccer added in a statement.
Morocco was drawn into Group F, alongside Croatia, Belgium, and Canada.
The national team is set to face off against Croatia first on November 23, starting at 11 a.m (GMT+1).
Morocco is expected to play its second game with Group F against Belgium, on November 27, starting at 2 p.m, and then Canada on December 1, starting at 4 p.m, (GMT+1).
