Orange announced the launch of the Wifi 6 extender, featuring the latest WiFi technology developed in 2021 in order to enable its customers to benefit from faster and smoother WiFi.
The WiFi 6 technology which improves WiFi speed up to 1300 Mbps, connection speed and security with the new WPA3 standard as well as battery life of compatible devices through the technology OFDMA.
The company explained that by using the new WiFi 6 repeater, customers can benefit from a smoother experience that allows them to surf the Internet at a greater speed.
Orange is the first telecommunications operator to propose the Wifi 6 technology, which has confirmed its efficiency and its superior ability to improve the throughput of WiFi up to 1300 megabytes.
Orange customers will not need to install other repeaters for the WiFi 6 to expand the coverage of the WiFi router.
The new extender is initially available on the website orange.ma, and this offer is open to professional customers and the general public and includes a pack consisting of 3 Wifi 6 repeaters at a price of 2,999 dirhams.
