The Casablanca Stock Exchange witnessed a positive rebound following the results of the elections, which announced the victory of the National Rally of Independents party in the legislative, local and regional elections.

The performance of the MASI index increased by 1.81 percent, stable at the level of 13,000 points, after realizing transactions on the shares of companies listed on the stock exchange with a value of more than MAD469 million.

This made investors, through their transactions in the central markets and major deals, to be comfortable with the government resulting from the legislative elections, as they increased the volume of their investments.

Companies specialized in the industrial, cement, and banking sectors benefited from this rise, which marked the transactions of small and large investors during yesterday’s share.

Investors focused mainly on Attijariwafa bank shares, about 100 million of them were traded during yesterday’s share, which was positively reflected in its value, which rose by 2.45 percent, bringing the share price to MAD 484.

Friday’s share witnessed an increase in the value of Vinny Prosset’s shares by 3.96 percent, up to one hour after the demise of the same day, as the price of one of them settled at the level of MAD 124.75 .
