Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has congratulated Fatima Zahra Mansouri on her appointment as Morocco’s head of government, wishing her success in her new role.
In a congratulatory message, Mishustin stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral ties between Morocco and Russia and expanding cooperation across various sectors in the interests of both countries.
He also called for continued efforts to maintain momentum in relations between Rabat and Moscow, based on friendship and mutual respect, while deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries.
