A 36-year-old Moroccan woman wanted by Morocco through an Interpol Red Notice for alleged drug trafficking has been arrested in Avcılar, Istanbul.
Turkish authorities said she was allegedly involved in organizing the smuggling of drug-filled capsules abroad, with her sister and several associates reportedly swallowing the capsules. After legal procedures, she was transferred to a repatriation center pending extradition to Morocco.
