Royal Air Maroc cancels all flights to Doha and Dubai amid airspace closures
Tuesday 3 March 2026 - 14:32

Royal Air Maroc canceled all flights to and from Doha and Dubai scheduled for March 3, following closures of the airspace in both cities. The move affects travelers across multiple routes and comes as authorities work to resolve the situation.

The airline said today in a statement that its teams are closely monitoring developments and are ready to resume flights once it’s safe.

Passengers are advised to check their flight status in the “Manage My Booking” section on the Royal Air Maroc website and ensure their contact details are up to date to receive real-time updates on changes or rescheduling.

The closure comes after major parts of Middle Eastern airspace were closed because of the ongoing war involving the United States, Israel and Iran.

The conflict began with U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, followed by Iranian missile and drone responses that forced countries like Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait and others to shut or restrict their skies to civilian flights for safety.
