Partly cloudy conditions with scattered rain are also expected along the Mediterranean coast, the eastern region and the northern parts of the southern provinces.

Snowfall is forecast over the Atlas and Rif mountain peaks above 1,500 meters, with cold conditions expected in the Atlas, Rif, southeastern areas and the eastern high plateaus.

Moderately strong winds are expected over the Atlantic plains, the Atlas Mountains, the phosphate plateaus, Oulmes, the eastern region and the northern southern provinces.

Minimum temperatures will range from minus 7 to minus 1 degrees Celsius in the Atlas Mountains, 0 to 6 degrees in the Rif, eastern and southeastern regions, and 7 to 11 degrees elsewhere.

Daytime temperatures are expected to rise slightly over the northern and central plains and the southern provinces, while dropping slightly in the Atlas, eastern and southeastern regions.

Sea conditions will be calm to rough in the Mediterranean, rough to very rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and rough along parts of the Atlantic coast.
