Transport and Logistics Minister Abdessamad Kayouh inaugurated on Tuesday the 2025 New Recruits Integration Program (PINR 2025), a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening public service skills and embedding young civil servants into Morocco’s ongoing administrative modernization efforts.
Held in Rabat, the ceremony brought together 50 newly appointed officials, engineers, administrators, and technicians joining both central and regional offices. Kayouh emphasized that human capital is the backbone of reform and a key driver of an effective administration aligned with Morocco’s development under King Mohammed VI’s leadership.
He stressed that the transport and logistics sector is a vital pillar of the national economy, supporting competitiveness, investment, and sustainable mobility. The PINR program, he added, is designed as a comprehensive integration path to familiarize recruits with the ministry’s operations and instill values of integrity, responsibility, and professional citizenship.
Structured around three pillars, public service ethics, innovation, and lifelong learning, the program seeks to prepare young officials for a dynamic professional environment.
Kayouh highlighted the youth of the new recruits, averaging 23 years old, and praised their diverse technical backgrounds. Participants welcomed the initiative as a valuable opportunity to understand the ministry’s missions and projects.
The event also featured a tribute to the Moroccan delegation that took part in the 42nd ICAO session in Canada, reflecting the ministry’s growing international engagement.
