The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has appointed Moroccan referee Jalal Jaid to officiate the Argentina vs. Mexico quarterfinal match at the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
Jaid will be assisted by Moroccan assistant referees Lahcen Azgaou and Mustapha Akarkad, FIFA announced.
The highly anticipated clash is scheduled to kick off at midnight Saturday–Sunday at Alto Hospicio Julio Martínez Prádanos Stadium.
