His Majesty King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to Lee Jae-myung on his inauguration as President of the Republic of Korea.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses to Jae-myung His warmest congratulations and His wishes of every success in his high office and in his endeavors to serve the Korean people.
“I should like to take this opportunity to say how much I value the good relations rooted in cordial understanding, mutual esteem and fruitful cooperation between our countries,” HM the King wrote, adding that He looks forward to working with Jae-myung to strengthen the ties between the two countries and expand them in all promising sectors, for the mutual benefit of the two peoples.
